A terraced multi-functional garden with floating steps, hot-tub and decking. This garden has been designed with the family in mind, as well the client’s wish to entertain.
This is an intersting space because the garden is right next door to the pavement so planting that will create privacy without making the garden feel too enclosed was a key feature to the brief.
The clients requested and cool, contemporary feel to the space to match their newly referbished bungalow. Both the clients lead busy lives with demmanding jobs and with two little childen the likelyhood they would have time for gardening was very slim so the garden was designed to be as low maintenance as possible with lots of evergreen plants used throughout.
